How long does shipping take?
We process every order as quickly as possible.
- Personalized jewelry: Please allow 1–3 weeks for production before your order ships.
- In-stock items: Orders typically ship within 3 business days.

Why do personalized items take longer?
Each personalized piece is custom-made specifically for you. Because your jewelry is handcrafted and personalized, production takes additional time to ensure the highest quality.
Do you offer free shipping?
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Check our homepage or subscribe to our email list to receive exclusive offers and discounts.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not entered production, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Please note: Personalized orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
Can I return my order?
Due to the custom nature of personalized jewelry, personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn and in their original packaging.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We'll work quickly to make it right.

Will my jewelry tarnish?
Proper care helps your jewelry maintain its shine. To extend the life of your jewelry:

- Avoid perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
- Store in a dry jewelry pouch or box when not in use.

Yes! Jewelry Dose ships to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated during checkout based on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
